Enrico Montanari, CEO of Montanari Costruzioni, has been selected as speaker at "Abitare Futuro", conference organized by the Rotaract Club of Parma and Salsomaggiore Terme. The event was held in the forenoon of Saturday November 18th 2017, near the Auditorium of the Diocesan Pastoral Center in Parma.

Besides Enrico Montanari, have intervened also the architect Michele De Beni, the promoter of the Eco-village Bet Noah Fabio Fabbro and Sarah Rainieri, teacher of Industrial Technical Physics at the University of Parma.

The event had a prologue a few months later, when the Rotaract Club of Parma and the Rotaract Club of Salsomaggiore Terme have invited the participants to visit "Casa sul Parco", built by Montanari Costruzioni Srl.

Inside the innovative immovable property in Via Gramsci, Fidenza (PR), Enrico Montanari has driven the presents and illustrated them the futuristic details of "Casa sul Parco", from the planning to the realization.
